Let’s chat a bit about what mental health and therapy means! Mental health is how we view and cope with our world. Many times, when we hear mental health, we think of mental illness. However, here at Kindful Place Therapy Center, we believe that mental health is also about mental wellness. Therapy is a space to explore our mental health and learn ways to cope with life’s ups and downs.
