Support for Therapists Who Want to Feel More Confident, Grounded, and Effective
Being a therapist is meaningful... and it can also feel overwhelming, isolating, and uncertain at times.
You’re holding space for others every day.
But you don’t always have a place to process, reflect, or feel supported in your own work.
At Kindful Place, we support therapists through consultation and CE-approved trainings that are practical, relatable, and rooted in real clinical work.
You might be feeling…
-
Unsure how to navigate complex cases
-
Stuck or second-guessing your clinical decisions
-
Overwhelmed by client needs or emotional intensity
-
Isolated in your work, without enough support
-
Wanting more tools... but not more theory
You don’t have to figure it out alone.

How We Support Therapists
Clinical Consultation
A space to slow down, think through cases, and feel supported; not judged.
We can provide supervision services to unlicensed therapists or peer to peer consultations to licensed therapists.
We focus on:
-
Understanding what’s underneath client behavior
-
Navigating stuck points in therapy
-
Strengthening your clinical intuition
-
Helping you feel more confident and grounded in sessions

CE-Approved Trainings
Trainings that are actually useful—not just informative.
Our workshops are:
-
CE-approved (CAMFT-Approved Continuing Education Provider # 1032872)
-
Practical and immediately applicable
-
Rooted in trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming care
-
Designed to help you feel more effective in real sessions
We offer specialized training in working with complex and vulnerable populations, including commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC). This training is informed by our experience of contributing to a creation of a program that worked with commercially sexually exploited children. Furthermore, we have written a text book chapter on trauma-informed practices in school settings for commercially sexually exploited children.
These trainings are grounded in real-world clinical experience and focus on:
-
Understanding the impact of trauma and exploitation
-
Building safe, attuned therapeutic relationships
-
Responding in ways that support regulation, trust, and long-term healing
-
Navigating the complexities that often arise in this work
Whether you're new to this area or deepening your existing knowledge, our goal is to provide guidance that feels clear, practical, and supportive—not overwhelming.

Our Approach
We don’t believe in rigid, one-size-fits-all models.
Our work is:
-
Trauma-informed
-
Neurodiversity-affirming
-
Relationship-centered
-
Grounded in real-life clinical practice
This is a space where you can ask questions, think out loud, and grow in a way that feels supportive and not overwhelming.
Why This Matters
When therapists feel supported, their clients benefit.
When you feel more confident and grounded, your work becomes more effective—and more sustainable.
