Non-Clinical Workshops
We can create and provide non-clinical workshops! Some topics that we have done and are comfortable with are basic parenting workshops, communication skills and more! Chisato is an adjunct professor at several schools and both Chisato and Ligia have had multiple years of creating and facilitating workshops for schools, businesses, the public and more.
We are able to create a workshop for you that you or someone you decide can facilitate. We can also create and facilitate a workshop for you. Most of our workshops come with 1 worksheet and 1 information sheet, and come with the option of being in English, Spanish or Japanese. We are constantly working to expand on our languages.

Individual Consultations
Are you a loved one or an individual who is struggling to understand themselves or others? Maybe you want to better understand your child who is struggling with their mental health. Maybe you are struggling with your own mental health but want tips, instead of full fledged therapy. We can assist you!

Policies and Procedures Creation
Are you an organization that is struggling to create policies and procedures? We have experience in this space for at least 3 years. Chisato also has a doctorate in social work, where the focus was examining large scale problems and coming up with possible solutions.
Maybe you are looking for videos or how tos for your staff to make it easier for them to fulfill their job duties. Maybe you want to write down your policies, but are not sure where to start. Maybe you want to restructure certain systems, but are not sure how to do that. We can help with that!

Documentation Translation
Are you wanting to expand your documentation by having documents in another language? Currently, we can assist with translations of documentation for Spanish and Japanese. We are constantly working to expand on our languages!
