Adrianna Alexis Sepeda, LCSW

Support for undocumented families and Latino youth
Hi! I’m Adrianna Alexis Sepeda, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and bilingual therapist in Spanish. I’m dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and evidence-based care.
It is important to me to provide a safe and supportive space for healing and growth. As a first-generation Latina therapist, I bring a deep understanding of how culture, identity, and lived experiences shape mental health.
I am passionate about creating an inclusive and affirming space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered.
About Me
I believe in the power of therapy to foster resilience, self-awareness, and positive change.
Whether you are seeking support for a specific issue or looking to grow personally, I am here to guide you on your journey toward well-being.
Areas of Focus
I support clients navigating:
-
undocumented family stress and barriers to services
-
employment challenges
-
healthcare access concerns
-
identity and cultural stress
-
uncertainty and fear
-
low motivation
-
life transitions
-
emotional overwhelm
Who I Help
Undocumented families
I support families facing barriers to essential services such as employment, healthcare, and other resources. Therapy can provide a supportive space to process stress, strengthen coping, and feel more grounded.
Latino youth and adolescents
I work with teens and adolescents who may be struggling to manage life, feel uncertain about the future, or experience fear and lack of motivation. Together, we can build confidence, emotional awareness, and practical tools for growth.
