The Kindful Behaviors Program
A 10-Week Parent-Child Emotional Skills Program
The Kindful Behaviors Program is a structured 10 week experience designed for a child and caregiver to build emotional awareness, self-regulation, and responsible decision-making.
Based on the co-owner’s children’s award finalist book Our Choices, families receive a complimentary journal to support practice at home.
This program moves beyond behavior correction and focuses on long-term skill development and relational connection.
Programs can be adapted for families with more than one child or caregiver.
