Hi there — I’m really glad you’re here.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in the same relationship patterns, disconnected from your partner, worried about your child’s behavior, or quietly carrying anxiety, trauma, or burnout… you don’t have to have it all figured out before starting therapy.

As a Doctor of Social Work (DSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), I provide therapy for individuals, couples, children, and families navigating relationship stress, life transitions, cultural identity concerns, anxiety disorders, trauma recovery, and emotional burnout.

Maybe communication keeps breaking down at home.
Maybe your child is having big emotions or behavior shifts you don’t know how to support.
Maybe you’re high-functioning on the outside but exhausted on the inside.

Therapy can be a place to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin creating healthier patterns.

My approach to individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, and child therapy is:

  • Warm and relational

  • Added humor

  • Culturally responsive and affirming

  • Trauma-informed and paced to your comfort

  • Honest, but always compassionate

You are the expert on your life. I bring clinical expertise and care to help you build insight, strengthen relationships, and move toward lasting change.

I’ve also been featured in podcasts, blogs, magazines, and summits, and I’m the author of a children’s book on coping skills.

Growth doesn’t require perfection — it requires support.

If you’re ready to begin therapy for yourself, your relationship, or your family, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

My books
Our Choices Book and Journal

coping skills book

This fun-filled children's book explores the importance of making the right choices. When the Red Choice Monster and Green Choice Monster come to visit, our young protagonist learns about the consequences of their actions. While the Red Choice Monster encourages reckless behavior, the Green Choice Monster inspires positive decision-making. With humor and creativity, this book teaches children how to make better choices and handle tricky situations with confidence.

Child and adult jounal

This Dual Prompt journal is created to be a space for Your child to write and an adult to respond. The prompts inside encourages the adult to also reflect on their day and MODEL positive choices for the child.

Also included are various interventions for parent and child, these activities can also be completed alone by your child in order to practice coping skills.
